I’ve spent 25+ years building businesses, managing high-stakes operations, and guiding leaders and creators. I’ve scaled companies, led chief-of-staff–level operations for high-net-worth principals, and managed multi-million-dollar projects. Across every role, the work that matters most is the same: create structures and processes that support growth, align teams, and protect what matters most.
My approach is tested in real-world, high-stakes environments. From scaling my own businesses and managing artists’ careers to chief-of-staff–level leadership, I’ve learned what actually drives results.
